Work with us

The most important digital questions no longer have standard answers.

Digital Crossroads works with organisations facing questions that do not fit neatly within established disciplines, departments, or frameworks.

We combine technical expertise, cross-disciplinary research, and practical experience to help institutions understand the data economy, make better decisions, and prepare for what comes next.

Our work with organisations supports, but does not determine, the lab’s independent research agenda. We work with partners who are prepared to examine the assumptions behind a problem, not simply commission a familiar answer.

How we work

WORKSHOPS

Bring the right people into the room.

We design and facilitate focused working sessions for technologists, policymakers, researchers, and industry leaders tackling questions no single group can resolve alone. Each workshop is built around a clear challenge and produces something tangible: a framework, a set of recommendations, or the foundations of a prototype.
Not away-days.

Working sessions that create something new.

STRATEGIC ADVISORY

The data economy demands a different kind of strategy.

We advise senior leaders and policymakers who need rigorous, independent analysis grounded in how digital systems actually work—not vendor agendas or recycled frameworks.

We help institutions understand changing conditions, challenge inherited assumptions, identify meaningful risks and opportunities, and develop strategies for the realities of the twenty-first century.

STRATEGIC FUTURES

Prepare for structural change, not just the next trend

We combine horizon scanning, technical analysis, and scenario development to help organisations distinguish long-term change from short-term noise. Our work helps institutions understand emerging technologies, regulatory shifts, and changes in the data economy—and make considered decisions before change becomes urgent.

Structured foresight. Built on evidence.

TRAINING

Understanding the datalist economy is now a leadership requirement.

We deliver tailored training for leaders, policymakers, and teams who need more than surface-level digital-literacy.
Our programmes connect emerging technologies to the decisions institutions face—from AI governance and data infrastructure to digital finance, resilience, and new organisational models

Delivered by experienced educators, researchers, and practitioners with deep, current expertise, our training draws on decades of teaching and real-world practice. It helps organisations build the confidence, understanding, and practical capability to act in a fast-moving digital landscape.
